And that’s exactly what **Laine Kidner** from **Bayside Property Agents** has achieved with his latest campaign on our **Mt Cotton Road billboard** in Burbank. This one’s bold. It’s cheeky. And it’s brilliant. ### The Billboard That Makes You Look Twice Laine’s latest billboard doesn’t just promote his real estate services—it makes you smile as you drive past: > “Out of all the agents we interviewed… we hated Laine THE LEAST.” It’s a tongue-in-cheek, self-deprecating line that works incredibly well in outdoor advertising. Why? Because it’s authentic, funny, and refreshingly honest—three things people remember. When most real estate agents are trying to outshine each other with perfection, Laine does something different: he becomes relatable. And in marketing, **relatable wins attention**. ### Why This Campaign Works - **Traffic Exposure:** Over **21,000 vehicles pass daily** on Mt Cotton Road—meaning high-frequency visibility for his brand. - **Clever Messaging:** Humour grabs attention quickly—vital when you only have 5–7 seconds of commuter dwell time. - **High Recall:** People don’t just notice this billboard—they *remember* it. That’s billboard gold. ### Billboards for Real Estate Agents That Actually Work Whether you're selling property, building a personal brand, or establishing local credibility, **billboard advertising** gives you consistent, high-impact visibility. Laine’s campaign proves that *real estate marketing doesn’t have to be serious to be effective*. It just has to be smart—and strategically placed. ### Want Your Real Estate Brand Front and Centre?
