The Big Sign Company pay the planning, approvals and construction of the Billboard. That means no hassle for you, just passive income.
How large will the sign be?
This depends on site and the agreement. Industry standard sizes are landscape aspects in 6m x 3m and 12m x 3m – this is what we’ll typically aim to build.
Can the landowner use the sign?
Of course! We want genuine partnerships with land owners and want to see our partners flourish.
What happens if I sell the property?
Having a billboard on a property is usually very attractive to potential buyers. Remember, this is an income generating asset!
Are legals costly?
The Big Sign Company will prepare all the legal documents at our expense. Any expenses incurred by you will be the result of you seeking independent legal advice.
